When a treasured piece is lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair, the details matter. We work with clients and insurers to understand the original, source appropriate materials and recreate its character, quality and workmanship as faithfully as the available records and materials allow.
Assessment
We review the original piece, documentation, photographs and any available insurer paperwork to understand exactly what's being replaced.
Sourcing
Comparable gemstones and precious metals are sourced and assessed against the original before any work begins.
Handcrafting
The replacement is handcrafted with the same attention to proportion, setting, finish and durability applied throughout the studio.
Handover
The finished piece is checked against the available details and prepared with supporting documentation for the insurer where required.
